How do I create an account?
  1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
How much is my shipping?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
I forgot my password.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.

20 Day Conditional Money-Back Refund

Unused Return within 20 Days:
Within twenty (20) days of receiving your order, we will refund you the purchase price (note: the refund will exclude the $8.00 shipping/handling charge). You are responsible for return freight charges and to package the product securely.

Please note: refunds will not be issued for used merchandise.

are responsible to return the rug to us at your expense via a parcel shipping service. The customer is responsible to package the return product(s) appropriately. Credit will be issued promptly once we have received and inspected the returned product(s).

Returns of rugs 5' x 5' and larger are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Therefore, it is a good idea to carefully measure the room the rug will be utilized in...keeping in mind how much of the rooms floor you intend to cover. 

Note, we do not exchange/swap products
for other sizes or colors, each order is treated as new with the applicable handling charge. No refunds will be issued after twenty (20) days of receipt of rug.

Defective Products:
Manufacturing defects are rare and our customer satisfaction rate is very high! This is due to the high quality of craftsmanship and the fine materials utilized in all of our braided rugs. However, within 20 days of receiving,  if you feel your rug is damaged or defective please contact us immediately explaining the problem. If we feel returning the product is the best option, we will issue an authorization number and call tag. Upon receipt, we will inspect and evaluate the product to determine if there is a manufacturing defect (excluding circumstances caused by wear and tear), at our discretion we will repair or replace the product, paying for the freight charges both ways.

You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
