30 Day Conditional Money-Back Refund
Unused Return within 30 Days: Within thirty (30) days of receiving your order, we will refund you the purchase price (note: for orders under $75.00, the refund will exclude the $12 shipping/handling charge). You are responsible for return freight charges and to package the product securely.
Please note: refunds will not be issued for used merchandise.
You are responsible to return the rug to us at your expense via a parcel shipping service, or we can issue a UPS call tag to return this product and we will deduct the charge from the original purchase price. In both scenarios, the customer is responsible to box the return product(s) appropriately. Credit will be issued promptly once we have received and inspected the returned product(s).
No refunds will be issued after thirty (30) days of receipt of rug. If we issue the UPS pick up we will provide the customer with a copy of the UPS call tag charges at time of refund.
Defective Products: Manufacturing defects are rare and our customer satisfaction rate is very high! This is due to the high quality of craftsmanship and the fine materials utilized in all of our braided rugs. However, within 30 days of receiving, if you feel your rug is damaged or defective please contact us immediately explaining the problem. If we feel returning the product is the best option, we will issue an authorization number and call tag. Upon receipt, we will inspect and evaluate the product to determine if there is a manufacturing defect (excluding circumstances caused by wear and tear), at our discretion we will repair or replace the product, paying for the freight charges both ways.
